By gathering regularly at the time of the new moon as our female ancestors once did, Jewish women have become practitioners in a time-honored group process. Selecting each month in the Jewish year to be the basis of a "text" for group study, we have found new meanings in old images and symbols as we view our lives and find new opportunities to celebrate and mark with ritual.All female members of our congregation are welcome to study with us. Every woman is encouraged to join the group, whether or not you have become bat mitzvah.
The first Wednesday of each month will be our set time to meet. You have the opportunity to come to the morning 9:30 a.m. group or the evening 7:00 p.m. group. Check the calendar for actual dates.
